Project Overview

MapleLife Nutrition is a Canadian health and wellness brand offering premium nutritional supplements designed to support healthy living. Operating within a competitive e-commerce market required a marketing strategy that could attract qualified customers, measure campaign performance accurately, and continuously improve marketing efficiency.

As part of the digital marketing team, I contributed to the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels. My role combined paid advertising, search engine optimization, analytics, business intelligence, and marketing reporting to support sustainable online growth.

Instead of treating each marketing channel independently, the strategy focused on building an integrated marketing ecosystem where advertising, analytics, customer behaviour, and business insights worked together to improve decision-making.

About the Brand

MapleLife Nutrition offers a range of nutritional supplements for customers seeking wellness, immunity, energy, and overall health support.

The business operates primarily through its e-commerce website, making digital marketing a critical component of customer acquisition and revenue generation.

The brand’s objectives included increasing online visibility, reaching new audiences, improving campaign performance, and creating a better understanding of customer behaviour through analytics.

Business Challenges

As the company expanded its digital presence, several opportunities for improvement became clear.

Customer Acquisition

Generating consistent, high-quality traffic required balancing multiple advertising platforms while ensuring marketing budgets were invested efficiently.

Marketing Measurement

Marketing data was available across several platforms, making it difficult to evaluate campaign performance using a single source of truth.

Conversion Tracking

Reliable conversion measurement was necessary to understand how users interacted with campaigns and completed valuable actions on the website.

Campaign Optimization

Continuous improvements were required to advertising campaigns, audience targeting, messaging, and landing pages to maximize marketing effectiveness.

Reporting

Business stakeholders required clear dashboards and reports that transformed raw marketing data into actionable insights.

Project Objectives

The marketing strategy focused on both short-term campaign performance and long-term business growth.
